CURTAIN! LIGHTS!
The double-tap world, the accolades,
world trips,that all seems to get me down.
Just because, I haven't met up with society's pace. I haven't achieved my goals. I haven't kept self-made promises.
I forgot how grateful I should be, God
I forgot what I have been able to do.
I forgot where I have been brought to.
I forgot what gifts my beautiful hands have to be thankful for.
I forgot to celebrate the little milestones in my life. Remind me again!
Curtain! Lights!
My time will arrive.
I will be seen and heard.
Not in my own strength,
but in the strength of the ONE who draws the curtains.
The one who turns on the lights to reveal HIS masterpiece!
Curtain! Lights! Applause!
Time and seasons controls the earth. No doubt, our individual times, as well as season has been fashioned into the space of time itself.
