DEAR WOUNDED SOLDIER

Hello soldier. How are you?" Soldier: "I am doing fine, thank you" "No you are not fine"

Soldier:"*laughs* I'm doing okay don't worry about me." "Liar!" Soldier:"Excuse me?. Look I said i'm fine okay??" "No, you're not, you're wounded"

Soldier:"It's nothing, i'm fine. Good" "You need help"

Soldier: "I'm a man, I need to be strong" "No you don't"
...
Soldier: "I'm a woman, I need to get myself together and be strong" "No you don't"
...

"Let me help you"

Both: "NO! I will be fine"

Do you see??
It's sad how we all want to be tagged 'strong', when we are really not doing okay.

When we are wounded badly.

It's wrong that we've subconsciously become that society where we have to struggle on our own through everything! After all, everyone to their cross right?

WRONG!
I am not saying celebrate and worship your weaknesses, but be weak when needed!
That. Is when God can step in, that is where you draw true strength from! The well that never runs dry! Draw!

Look around you! Iron sharpens Iron! When you sharpen each other, you shine together!!! Come on!

Enough of bringing each other down!
Someone tells you they've been abused sexually. Don't you dare serve a helping of blame and accusation! Listen to both sides for heaven's sake!

Someone confides in you about their struggles at work, church or school!
Don't you dare serve a two-course meal of judgment! Don't! Listen! Help!

A pastor even calls you up and say please pray for me. Don't you dare make empty promises and say you will when you won't! Don't!

I beg you! Please! Look around! Help people! Pray for them!
Dear wounded soldier! Don't you dare fight alone! Get help! Look, search till you find!

Signed: An angry General
